I was quite excited to discover that a new Morning Glory plant popped up in my yard this year. Four years later and the seeds continue to plant themselves in new areas. However, since these flowers can be toxic to dogs, I dug it up and replanted it in my front yard. Since Morning Glories are climbers, I found a spot with lattice for it to climb. Climb baby climb!!!
Several years ago, my friend, Patty, gave me seeds from her Morning Glory plant. She had taken the seeds from one of her plants and then safely stored them over the Winter months. The picture below was taken in August 2008.
